No guarantee of accuracy

Live indexes and forecasts may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. A high score does not guarantee that a venue is busy, open, suitable, or safe. Forecast indexes are relative rankings, not probability percentages.

Responsible participation

Submit only genuine votes and reports. Do not automate submissions, impersonate others, manipulate rankings, submit unlawful content, or use reports to harass a venue or person.

Safety

Community reports are unverified signals. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service. Do not rely on Acco as an emergency, safeguarding, medical, or travel service.

Venue information

Names, locations, prices, and opening status can change. Check directly with the venue before travelling or spending money.

Availability

The service may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Access may be limited when activity threatens other users, data quality, privacy, or service availability.
